Compare the proposed lots, not just their names
Record the required species, preparation, commercial grade or screen specification and the characteristics you want to evaluate. Ask whether the sample and accompanying information refer to the same proposed lot. Origin-level tasting notes are a starting point, not a guaranteed result for every shipment.
If considering a substitute coffee, review it against your own roasting and quality requirements before agreeing the container. Ask MRGT to confirm the chosen lot’s UAE availability or the direct-origin option for your Kuwait destination. A comparison enquiry does not reserve either coffee.

Yes. Explain the role the coffee must play and ask for the proposed lot specifications and sample arrangements. Do not assume the two species or different preparations are interchangeable for your requirements.

No. Catalogue notes are indicative. Assess the offered lot using its confirmed information and a representative sample where available, then agree the specification in writing.
