MRGT · Dubai · A guide for buyers
Buying green coffee
starts with a clear brief.
Mehran Reisi General Trading LLC, known as MRGT, is a green coffee business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This guide helps roasters, importers and wholesale buyers turn a coffee requirement into a useful enquiry. Whether you are planning a purchase for the UAE, another GCC market, Türkiye or Iran, begin with the coffee specification and the intended destination.
Choose the coffee before comparing the price
Our green coffee catalogue includes references from Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Uganda and India. You will find Arabica and Robusta selections, including Indian Plantation coffee. A catalogue entry introduces a coffee; it does not confirm that a particular lot is currently available. Send the exact origin and trade name when asking about an offer.
Include the species, processing method, grade and screen size where these matter to your purchase. Country names alone are not enough to compare two coffees. If you are replacing an existing supply, share its lot sheet and explain which characteristics you need to retain.
Review the offered lot
Ask for the information available for the actual lot, including its preparation, physical specification and relevant sample details. Discuss any sample request before committing to an order. A familiar grade name is a starting point, while the offered lot and agreed specification establish what you are buying. Our buying guide explains the terms used in these conversations.
Make the quotation comparable
State the quantity, preferred packaging, destination port or delivery point, and target shipment window. Confirm the currency, payment arrangements, transport responsibilities and quotation validity with our team. Two offers may use different delivery terms, so compare their scope as well as their headline price. Keep the final coffee specification and commercial conditions together in the written offer.
Plan around the destination
A buyer in Dubai may need a different handover arrangement from a buyer in another Gulf market, Türkiye or Iran. Tell us where the coffee is intended to go and who will receive it. The team can discuss the proposed route, documentation and delivery point for your enquiry. Shipment options and timing are confirmed for the individual order.
Send your buying brief
Share your company name, contact person, preferred coffee, quantity, destination and required timing. Add an existing specification or sample requirement if you have one.
