Before you select a lot

Review the offered lot

Bring an existing lot sheet, a roasting brief or the grade you already purchase. We can use that reference to discuss the available coffee and the information you need to assess it.

The product name, physical preparation and cup information each add a different part of the picture. Keep them together when comparing an offer.

Wholesale ordering questions

What is the minimum order?

For MRGT’s UAE operation, the minimum is one container, approximately 19.2 tonnes. Smaller quantities in Türkiye or Iran may be available through the group, depending on the coffee and local availability.

Do you supply roasted coffee?

Our catalogue and wholesale enquiries focus on green, unroasted coffee for roasters, distributors and commercial buyers. Tell us the green coffee origin, grade or specification you need.

Can I request a particular grade or specification?

Yes. Include the exact trade name, species, preparation and physical specification in your enquiry. An existing lot sheet is a useful reference when you are seeking a comparable coffee.

Can we discuss samples?

Include your sample requirements when you contact us. The team can discuss what is available for the selected coffee and the arrangements before you make a purchasing decision.

What information is needed for a quotation?

Send your company name, origin or grade, quantity, destination, preferred timing and contact details. Include a target specification or packaging requirement where you have one.

How are payment and delivery agreed?

Payment is by cash or bank transfer before delivery. For UAE orders, delivery ends at the agreed customs warehouse or port. The quotation records the payment arrangements, shipment terms and handover point.
