BUYING WITH MRGT

Clear answers.
A confident next step.

Practical answers for your green coffee enquiry.

What does MRGT supply?

We supply green, unroasted Arabica and Robusta coffee for roasters, importers, distributors and wholesale buyers. Browse the collection by origin, then open an individual region, grade or preparation for more detail.

Which origins can I explore?

The catalogue covers Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Uganda and India. A catalogue entry describes a coffee family; current stock, crop, preparation and shipment availability are confirmed in your quotation.

How do I request a quotation?

Choose a coffee and select “Enquire about this coffee”. Its name and origin carry into the enquiry form. Add your quantity, destination and any timing or specification requirements, review the draft, then open it in WhatsApp. You decide when to send it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities depend on the coffee, available lot and shipment arrangement. Tell us your required volume in kilograms, bags or containers so the team can confirm the suitable options and minimum quantity for that enquiry.

Can I request a sample or a lot sheet?

Yes. Ask the team about a sample and the available lot documentation before confirming an order. Sample availability, quantity, dispatch arrangements and any charges are confirmed individually.

Are the taste and acidity notes guaranteed?

The notes describe indicative origin or preparation characteristics. The estate, variety, crop, process, storage and roast all influence the cup. Use the actual lot sheet and a representative sample to agree the coffee you are buying.

How are grade and screen size confirmed?

Share the required commercial grade, screen size, preparation and any tolerance limits. MRGT will discuss the available lot specification with you. Similar grade names across countries do not necessarily describe the same size or quality standard.

Can packaging and markings be specified?

Discuss bag type, net weight, liners, markings and total quantity before the quotation is agreed. The available packaging and any additional requirements depend on the lot and order arrangement.

Where does MRGT operate?

Our parent company is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with active branches in the UAE, Oman and Türkiye. Tell us the delivery market and destination so the relevant team can discuss the order and shipment route.

What is included in delivery?

The written quotation defines the agreed delivery point and each party’s responsibilities. Confirm freight, insurance where applicable, customs clearance, taxes, handling and onward transport before accepting an offer; these are not automatically included in every quotation.

How long will an order take?

Timing depends on stock location, preparation, documents, shipping availability and the agreed destination. Request an indicative schedule with your enquiry and confirm the dispatch and delivery terms in the final offer.

How are price and payment terms agreed?

Prices and payment terms are provided in the written offer for the specific coffee, quantity and shipment. Check the currency, price basis, quotation validity, payment schedule and any additional charges before confirming.

Can I visit the Dubai office?

Contact the team first to arrange a meeting. The Contact page includes the Dubai office location and map, together with the team’s direct contact details.

How do I move between the website and the Atlas?

The Atlas introduces coffee origins. Once you choose the website, Home, refresh and browser Back keep working as normal website navigation. Use “Back to Atlas” or a Coffee Atlas link when you want to open the Atlas again.
